Immersed in the pine woods of the Pisan coast live Tirrenia and overlooking the Tirreno Sea from 1932 takes its name.
In a beautiful setting of a family villa built in 1970, just 100 meters from the sea there are the apartments "Gelso" and "Magnolia" of 62 square meters each which can be accessed externally by a common courtyard and then enter the private garden of 150 square meters. Within the common courtyard is a private parking space. Both apartments sleep up to 4 people and have free WI-FI and AIR CONDITIONING and mosquito nets. In the private gardens there is an umbrella with 2 deck chairs and a table with 4 chairs for outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
The garden, surrounded by a thick hedge of laurels houses a beautiful magnolia and two mulberry trees.

Tirrenia
Tirrenia is a fraction of the municipality of Pisa and is a seaside tourist resort that rises in the thirties of the twentieth century. It takes its name from the homonymous sea on which it overlooks, although it is believed to be mostly bathed by the Ligurian Sea. It is beautifully immersed in the maritime pine forest of the Pisan coast and is included in the southern part of the Migliarino, San Rossore and Massaciuccoli Natural Park. Its peculiarity lies in being one of the last Italian dune landscapes and as such, it is a WWF protected oasis.
From Tirrenia you can also visit the Tuscan archipelago and discover the island beauties that make it up with unforgettable boat excursions. Thanks to its strategic position, in fact, you can reach many of the most interesting places to visit in the whole region.
The Dunes WWF
The dunes of Tirrenia are characterized by deep, white and crystalline beaches. The sand dunes are enclosed in twenty-four hectares within which the sandy concentrations reach up to ten meters in height. Tirrenia has been holding the blue flag of clean beaches for over five years and we recommend that you be environmentally friendly with a few small precautions to leave the place better than you found it. The Oasis area is 24 hectares. Among dunes that reach even ten meters in height, you can admire all the typical species of the Mediterranean scrub and the rare Greek periploga, one of the few species of lianas present in our country.
